QDRO – Qualified Domestic Relations Order – legal document used to split retirement plans due to a divorce.
Initial QDRO Assessment – will provide you with helpful information to consider, during the divorce process, based on your clients’ retirement plan(s) such as: survivor benefits, beneficiary designation, post-retirement options, gains/losses on benefits, cost-of-living increases, shared interest or separate interest benefits, retirement benefit options (i.e. NV PERS has 7 options), etc., as they apply to your client.
Stipulation to Modify Divorce Decree – A document used to modify one or more of the stipulations in your divorce decree due to an agreed upon change to the retirement split in a Divorce Decree.
QDRO Review and Recommendation – Review existing QDRO and make recommendations on possible corrections.
Letters of Instruction & Acceptance – Letters required by IRA accounts to transfer funds due to a divorce
